The Role

As a Senior Sales Representative – Medical Division, you will be responsible for selling products of Infection Prevention and Critical & Chronic Care Solutions Division on Romanian market.

Provide specialised professional service support to customers and distributors on a variety of moderately complex issues. Proficient within assigned projects utilising appropriate methods, practices and concepts. Has general knowledge and understanding of the organisation. Develops networks within The Company and the customer base.

The position reports to Division Supervisor at regional level (SEE Cluster). Business model responsibility goes towards division’s products re/presentation towards medical (Infection Prevention and Critical & Chronic Care Solutions / hospitals) community and sales through established distributors (KA). Position represents the company to a variety of events, conferences and specialty expositions from a sales expert role.


Key responsibilities

  • Being responsible for selling products of Infection Prevention and Critical & Chronic Care Solutions Divisions on Romanian market.
  • Maintaining and developing strong relationship with stakeholders at hospitals and distributors.Finding, analysing and leveraging new market opportunities.
  • Develop and sustain a relevant network with key players in medical area.
  • Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products.
  • Daily administration, including Salesforce.
  • Identifies and pursues for new business opportunities for the assigned division.
  • Identify and develop ethical business relationships with new opinion leaders / associations of doctors / nurses in order to collaborate. Maintain good relationships with them in order to achieve company’s objectives.
  • Works closely with regional management for successful implementation of sales and sales-development programs. Ensures implementation of regional strategy regarding sales education and sales improvements programs as member of the assigned division.


Key requirements

  • Higher/University education – medical education will be an advantage;
  • Relevant professional experience: 3-5 years within a similar / close role – business representation – work experience in hospitals (as nurse, technician, doctor) will be a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of working time across the country – available for periodical travelling at national level.
  • Strongly oriented towards results, efficiency and equally considered a team player.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills, focused on result and positive self-motivation.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Decision driven, aware of professional independence.
  • Oriented towards self-development, manifests “a healthy curiosity for professional development”.
  • Speaks fluently English, familiar with computer and s/w (MS Office, SAP, etc.)
