I agree that People Point SRL,located at 8 Negoiu Street, bl. D14, sc. 1, ap. 1, sect. 3, Bucharest to collect, process and store the personal data that transmitted through this form, for the following purposes:
- Acceptance of my application for the position to which I am applying, including for the generic application. I am aware that by generic application means application for a post for which I consider that I possess the necessary knowledge and experience according to employer's requirements;
- Participation in interviews for the purpose of assessing my professional skills and abilities in relation to the job requirements of the position for which I am applying;
- To have my personal data transmitted to the Client who contracted People Point SRL for the recruitment and selection suitable candidates for the position I am applying for;
- Participate in interviews with the Client who has contracted People Point SRL for the recruitment and selection of suitable candidates on the position to which they apply;
- Participating in role play assessments as part of the recruitment process – if applicable;
- Participating in professional assessments and tests (tests for personality, intelligence tests etc.) as part of the recruitment process.
- Requesting contact information of relevant persons People Point SRL to take professional references about me, as part of the recruitment process. Informing these persons with about a possible contact and request for professional information about me, falls and is my responsibility. Request for references professional references can be made by People Point SRL by telephone or in in writing.
People Point SRL may collect, process and store the following personal data, as provided by you:
- Name and surname;
- CNP and identity card number/serial (according to applicable legislation);
- Telephone number and email address;
- Address;
- Professional experience;
- Education, studies and level of schooling, including diplomas and certificates proving this;
- Profile declared on various social networking sites (LinkedIn, Facebook, Skype, Instagram, etc.);
- Income expectations and requirements regarding working conditions;
- Whether unemployed or not;
- Personal data stated in results of other evaluations – whether they are made available to the Provider by any means of transmission and for which he can provide proof of transmission;
- Personal data of persons from whom the Service Provider will obtain references about the candidate – if it makes them available to the Service Provider by any means of transmission and for which the candidate can provide proof of consent to the processing of data processing;
- Personal data specified in role-play assessments as part of the recruitment process – if applicable;
- Personal data specified in professional assessments and tests (personality tests, intelligence tests, etc.) as part of the recruitment process;
Consent to the processing of data with personal data and the provision of the above-mentioned data are voluntary. This consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect from later by simply notifying People Point SRL.
Notification of withdrawal of consent can also be made by e-mail to office@people.ro.
I further agree that withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the use of the data before the withdrawal of consent (the notification may not have a retroactive impact, but only from the date communication to People Point SRL). In the event that consent is withdrawn, the personal data will not be used in purposes indicated above.
I declare on my own responsibility that I understand this consent statement and agree to the following the processing of my personal data by the means and for the purposes above.
