We are recruiting a full-time Quality Assurance Specialist for our client, an ecosystem of consumer mobile Apps with registered users, all focused on education, personal, social and professional growth for people interested in continuous improvement and development.
The development team is working on 3 products simultaneously, many internal tools and expects to hit the ground running with manual testing and to continue with automation:
- Own release quality — Plan and run smoke, regression, and exploratory testing for iOS/Android (React Native) and our Django admin; manage device matrices; cover offline/poor-network, locales, accessibility, and performance basics.
- Ship fast, ship smart — Partner with the product teams to rapidly test product ideas while keeping releases stable and avoiding flaky test traps.
- Leverage AI strategically — Use AI to generate/review test cases, summarize logs and videos, detect flaky patterns, and speed up root-cause analysis.
